AIRI is expanding its AML, AI and financial crime risk services across the Nordics, Europe and Spain. We need a commercially driven person to own the full commercial pipeline: finding new clients, structuring deals and building partnerships that scale.
New business development
Identify, qualify and close new clients across fintech, real estate, payments and other obligated entities in the Nordics, EU/EEA, UK and Spain.
Commercials & pricing
Own proposals, pricing models and commercial terms. Structure commission-based and recurring-revenue deals that align AIRI's services with client value.
Partnerships
Build and manage strategic partnerships — technology vendors, data providers, consultancies and sector networks — that extend AIRI's reach and capabilities.
Market expansion
Represent AIRI at industry events and in client conversations, turning relationships into long-term revenue and distribution channels.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, business development or partnership roles
- Network or experience in fintech, payments, real estate, AML or regulated services
- Comfortable working independently and managing a full commercial cycle
- Credible in front of senior decision-makers, boards and regulators
- Fluent in English; Norwegian, Swedish or Spanish is a plus
- Commission-based compensation tied directly to revenue you generate
